Acceptable use

What this covers

This policy covers the photos you upload, the scene brief you select, and the video the site generates. It is part of the terms. The product places people from your photos into a gas station dance clip. That is a generated likeness, not a recording.

Content we will not generate

Do not use the service to make or attempt any of the following.

• Sexual content, including nudity or other NSFW material.
• Violence or gore, including injury, blood, or a threat of harm.
• Hate, including an attack on a person or group for who they are.
• Anything involving a minor, including sexual content. Upload only adults you have permission to depict.
• A deepfake or other fake that impersonates a real person, including a public figure, without that person's permission.
• Content that copies someone else's copyright or trademark, or that uses a logo or name you do not have the right to use.

We also refuse prompts or uploads meant to get around these rules. A scene brief on the home page is a fixed choice. Do not treat a photo as a way to sneak a banned result into that brief.

How we review

Before a video job starts, the scene brief you selected is checked with Waffo's prompt safety scan. We generate only when that check returns allow. If the check blocks the brief, or if the check is still running, the video is not sent to Kling 3.0.

Photos are accepted as image files within the size limit. They are not passed through a separate image classifier before the job. After a video exists, we review it when someone reports it, and we delete files that break this policy.

How to report

Email legal@gasstationdancetread.com with the order link or the page where you saw the video, and say what is wrong. Reports of a minor are read first. We do not publish the reporter's name. A report made only to harass someone is itself a misuse of this channel.

For anything other than a report about a minor, we reply within 3 business days and aim to finish within 7 business days. If a report concerns a minor or other illegal harm, we remove accessible files the day we read a credible report and contact the authorities when the law requires it.

What we do after a violation

There is no account to suspend. Depending on the case, we may:

• Refuse the generation before a file is made.
• Delete the photos and the video, and take the order page down.
• Refuse later orders we can tie to the same email.
• Report illegal content, especially anything involving a minor, to the authorities.

If you think we removed a video by mistake, email legal@gasstationdancetread.com within 14 days. We look at that decision again within 10 business days.
