Refunds

If payment succeeds and the video never finishes, the charge is refunded.

A completed video that does not match a face exactly, or that changes a hand or a step, is not refunded. That difference is how Kling 3.0 behaves.

Closing the checkout before you pay does not create a charge.

Write to support@gasstationdancetread.com with the order link if a paid job failed and the refund has not appeared.
