Who we are

This policy covers gasstationdancetread.com. The site does not create an account. The order link is the key to your video. Privacy requests go to legal@gasstationdancetread.com.

What we collect

You give us three photos and, at checkout, an email address for the receipt.

We also store the order id, the price, the currency, the scene brief you picked, the payment status, and the time of the order. Checkout is handled by Waffo Pancake. Card numbers are entered on Waffo's page. This site does not see or store the card number.

The server may log an IP address and the time of a request so we can limit abuse and fix errors. Orders saved in this browser stay in local storage on your device until you clear site data.

How we use it

We use the photos to render the video and the email to match a receipt, a refund, or a support request.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not send a mailing list. Kling AI receives the dance photo and the car-exit photo, cropped to the frame you picked, and generates the file with Kling 3.0. Waffo Pancake receives the checkout, including the email you enter there, to take the one-time payment.

How long we keep it

Photos and the video file are deleted 14 days after the order is created.

The order record, including the email, stays so we can answer a support or refund question. You can ask us to delete it. We may keep the amount, the date, and the email for up to 24 months when we need them for a payment dispute, a refund, or a legal duty. We do not keep the photos for that purpose.

Your data rights

Email legal@gasstationdancetread.com from the address on the order, and include the order link. We answer within 30 calendar days.

• Access. Ask what we still hold. While the 14-day window is open, the order page is the copy of the video. We can also confirm the email, the price, the scene brief, and whether the files are still stored.
• Correction. If the email or another detail on the order is wrong, tell us the right information and we will update the order record.
• Deletion, and closing your record. There is no account to close and no password to delete. Email us and ask us to delete the order. We then remove the photos, the video, and the email from the order, unless we must keep the payment amount, date, and email for a dispute or a legal duty. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes the order list stored on that device.

If you think we handled a request badly, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live. Support for a failed render is support@gasstationdancetread.com.
