The purchase

A purchase is one video at the price shown on the form, currently $9.99. It is a single charge. Nothing renews, and the site does not create an account.

The order page is available for 14 days. Download the file during that window. Contact support@gasstationdancetread.com with the order link if a paid render fails.

Your photos

You must have the right to use every photo, and every person in a photo must be an adult who agreed to be depicted. Do not upload anyone under 18.

The result follows a three-shot template. Face, hair, and clothing are references, not a guarantee of an exact likeness. Hands, timing, and small details can change. It is not a recording of a real visit to a gas station.

The model

Videos on this site, including the landscape previews and the file you pay for, are generated by Kling 3.0 from Kling AI.

Acceptable use

You may post the finished video on your own social accounts. You may not resell the generator or present the clip as a filmed event if that would mislead someone.

What you upload and what the service may generate are also covered by the acceptable use policy. That policy lists the content we will not generate, how to report a video, and what we do after a violation. Those rules are part of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that a video will match a face, a step, or a photo exactly, that a render will finish, or that the file will be fit for a particular post or campaign. Except where the law does not allow this exclusion, we give no express or implied warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost attention, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from a video or from the site being unavailable. Our total liability for a purchase is the amount you paid for that video. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where the law does not allow that limit.

How long these terms last

These terms apply from the moment you use the site until the order files are deleted, and for any duty that by its nature continues after that, such as a payment dispute.

You can stop using the site at any time. There is no subscription to cancel.

If you break these terms or the acceptable use policy, we may refuse the generation, delete the photos and the video, decline a repeat order we can tie to the same email, and end our service to you. For illegal content, especially anything involving a minor, we may also report it to the authorities. Where a duty survives, such as a completed payment or a legal hold, that duty continues after we stop the service.
